SSEASR JOURNAL - PUBLICATION ETHICS AND PUBLICATION MALPRACTICE STATEMENT

We encourage the best standards of publication ethics and take all possible measures against publication malpractices. The South and Southeast Asian Association for the Study of Culture and Religion (SSEASR) as a publisher, watches over all stages of publishing and recognizes our ethical and other responsibilities.

Editorial Board
Editorial Board of the SSEASR Journal consists of recognized experts in the field. Full names and affiliations of the members are printed on the cover of the Journal as well as on the journal webpage.

Publication decision and Peer review process
The editors are the final authority for the selection of the articles of the Journal and reserve the right to reject any material deemed in appropriate for publication. Responsibility for opinions expressed and for the accuracy of facts published in the articles however rests solely with the authors. Similarly, the photos published are supplied by the authors and any infringement or copyright violation's responsibility lies with them only. All of a journal's content is subjected to peer-review. Articles submitted for possible publication are subjected to a peer review process. Articles are first reviewed by editors. The editor may reject it. There is a guideline for authors and reviewers which states clearly that all submitted articles would be subject to plagiarism check. All research articles are evaluated without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors. Editors' decision to accept or reject a paper for publication should be based only on the paper's importance, originality and clarity, and the study's relevance to the aim of journal.
